Business owner Neil, has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry. He leads a team of qualified technicians and friendly experienced staff, who all play an important role to the continued success of the company. “My main objectives for our business, is to be aware of our place in the market, remain customer focused and to be a fair business man” remarked Neil.
Kay plays a key role in supporting the business both behind the scenes and face to face with customers.
The former marketing manager is very much the organiser – dealing with all promotions, new business leads, finances, logistics and the structure of the overall business
Rowland has three decades of automotive experience, with most of his career having been spent with BMW dealerships.He is a fully qualified diagnostic technician with ATA status from the BMW Group.
Neil added “Rowland is an extremely rare find in the industry – Experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated, he is such a valueable asset to our team.”
Andy joined the team in March 2014, he is a fully qualified technician with ATA accreditation and an MOT tester since 2005. As the MOT Supervisor, he is responsible for all MOT quality control.
Andy is also trained to carry out engine Remaps under BHP UK, a service which improves the fuel efficiency and performance of customers vehicles.
Neil believes that Andy has bought a another dimension to the business, which helps us become more diverse than other local independent specialists.
James has been with us since April 2013 and initially pursued a career in ICT, but decided he wanted a career change, into cars – his passion. He is fully qualified and thanks to his computer skills, is developing diagnostic capabilities and keen to extend his career with attending further training courses.
James helps with many aspects of the business, IT, social networking, and is one of our qualified first aiders.
Wendy’s 14 years of experience within the industry shows in her professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Her role within the team is running the daily accounts, as well as being customer facing, ordering parts and producing customer invoices.
She is also another of our qualified first aider, again making her a valuable team member .
Kay joined the team in August 2015 after a career break. She had previously been in the industry for 17 years
working in various departments at several dealerships ranging from service reception to warranty and risk assessment.
Kay’s role here has developed already into being customer facing, ordering parts installing and developing our garage management system, which is new for this year.
She also has a wealth of knowledge in Health and Safety matters, making her another valuable team member.
After a career in engineering and as a Technical Sales Manager, Bob joined the company almost three years ago.
Friendly and reliable – Bob keeps a spotless workshop and this is why we receive such lovely customer comments on how clean the workshop is.
Bob also drives for the business, whenever necessary, for the customer collection and delivery service we offer.
All thanks to Jayne’s hard work, over the last two years, the reception, waiting room and offices are immaculate.
The cleaner is often the unsung hero! and without Jayne, we would not get the positive feedback from our customers as we do.
Jake assists in the office most days, as the Meet and Greet, he is always pleased to see visitors and loves fuss at any time!
