UK government COVID guidance

The government has now removed remaining domestic restrictions in England.

There are still steps you everyone can take to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19:

• Get vaccinated
• Let fresh air in if meeting indoors, or meet outside
• Consider wearing a face covering in crowded, enclosed spaces

Following the UK government COVID guidance relating to Health & Safety matters, Stourbridge Automotive continues to work closely with our provider to ensure the ongoing safety of both our customers and staff.

Reception

We are fully open in our reception area to receiving customers, which makes a welcome change.

Waiting

When making a booking, please be advised that our customer waiting room is available by appointment only, in order to avoid overcrowding in a small area.

Payments

Wherever convenient, we still encourage card payments over the telephone, as the continued preferred method of payment, for any vehicle work carried out by Stourbridge Automotive Ltd.
