workshop open for business

We are open for business!

We are very much open for business, following the easing of COVID-19 restrictions.

Since the government issued statement which encouraged people in the UK to go back to work, businesses are increasingly looking at how they get back up and running again safely.

Therefore, this means that for anyone who drives to and from work, they will need to prepare their vehicles, ready for making regular daily journey’s again.

If your car hasn’t been driven for some time or has only been used to make short essential journey’s, over the past few months, then please carry out the following checks before you set off on your first day back to work, so that you don’t have the misfortunate situation of breaking down.

  1. Run your car for approximately 10 minutes (whilst sitting in it), to check that the vehicle starts ok and that your battery is in good working order.
  2. Check the oil level and if necessary, top up with the manufacturers recommended oil which can be found in your driver’s manual.
  3. Check your tyre tread and tyre pressures, again the pressure level can be found in your driver’s manual.
  4. Top up your screen-wash in case it is running low following the winter months.

We are open for business – Vehicle Servicing and Repairs, MOT Testing

Here at Stourbridge Automotive we are now open with safety measures put in place for customers and staff.  Please book in if you need vehicle service and maintenance repairs or a MOT test for your Audi, BMW, BMW MINI, Jaguar, Mercedes, Land Rover or Range Rover.

Due to COVID-19 we have put extra measures in place to protect both you our customers and our staff. You are welcome to drop your vehicle off at our premises where we can meet at the front door, your vehicle is protected with seat and foot well covers and is cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes after work is completed before collection. We are currently offering a restricted collection service, though our usual waiting room is closed to customers at the moment. Also, for the time being our preferred payment method is by card over the telephone wherever possible.

All of these new safety measures mean that you will come into minimum contact with both our staff and other customers. However, these measures do take extra time, so please bear with us.

To find out more or to make a booking, please contact us for more information.
