Neil – Owner / Director
Having previously worked for both BMW and Mercedes Benz main dealers, Neil established Stourbridge Automotive in 2010 to offer a better customer experience at a more competitive price.
Neil has been able to apply his industry knowledge and expertise to the specific vehicle brands.
Over the last 10 years, especially, this has enabled him to build a well-run workshop team headed by senior staff, together with technicians specialising in the field.

Kay – Owner / Director
Kay Fellows joined the business during the same year and was made a director in 2013 after the business relocated.
She has since used her previous experience to structure all the other aspects, specialising in marketing, recruitment, finances, development of the business and its image, along with the assistance of the office team.

Rowland – Service Manager
In 2017, Rowland was promoted to a senior role within Stourbridge Automotive Ltd and to oversee the day-to-day operations, meaning that all tasks are prioritised with quality control, as being completed.
Rowland brings a high level of knowledge and previous dealer experience which is essential to the services that we provide to our customers. Giving accurate and helpful advice, together with providing costs and customer service is a main focus.
Workshop Team
The workshop team focus on the maintenance and repair operations for vehicles which are booked in via the office.
All the service technicians are fully qualified, with varying levels of experience and specialism, which help to make up our diverse team.

The office team provides the customer facing side of the business.
Managing enquiries, ordering parts, auditing health & safety and administering finance. The team also plays a key role in the daily running of the business and being the link between customer and the workshop team.

Support Team
The support team offer that extra pair of hands to help the staff and our customers alike. Our driver will meet with customers to go out to collect and deliver back vehicles.
The workshop area, offices and the waiting room are regularly cleaned throughout the week to maintain standards that we all appreciate.
Then there is Jake and Penny, the dogs! Always ready for a fuss, from everyone.
