Acceptance of Terms

If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately. You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Stourbridge Automotive Ltd and or Autoglym and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.


The information is provided on the understanding that the Website is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be wholly relied upon when making any related decision. Stourbridge Automotive Ltd and or Autoglym reserves the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the order to be fraudulent.

Complaints Procedure

You can make a complaint in writing, or by e-mail. Please provide your telephone number and your full postal address along with any order details so we may retrieve all details from our records.

A reply will be within 2 working days from when we receive any complaint. If it is not possible to give a full reply within this time – for instance, because a detailed investigation is required – we will give an interim response, informing what is being done to deal with the complaint, when to expect a full reply and from whom. That full reply will include details of who to contact next if you believe your complaint has not been dealt with properly.

This Complaints Procedure does not affect statutory rights as a consumer.

Pricing Errors

In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or is charged at an incorrect price due to an error on the website, Stourbridge Automotive Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Product Images and Specifications

Whilst we endeavour to ensure all the images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images or information.

If however you spot a mistake with any image or product specification please let us know by email as soon as possible so that we can correct it.

Stourbridge Automotive Ltd – 28 Day No Quibble Returns Policy

Non-faulty Items

We feel it is important our customers have the opportunity to inspect their purchases in the same way as if they had visited a retail outlet. Our 28 day return policy has no hidden catches – we offer a No quibble, 28 day money back guarantee purchases. All we ask is you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and take reasonable care of the goods whilst they’re in your care and when returning them. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund. Whilst the cost for non-faulty return of the goods lies with the customer, we will refund the full cost of the goods  and send an email to let you know.

Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability

We warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given on our website. Except where the Customer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fit for purpose, merchantability or conditions of the goods whether implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise are excluded and the Customer warrants that the Customer is satisfied as to the Suitability of the Goods for the Customer’s purpose Goods are not sold on a trial basis.


All orders will require a signature.

Customers have the opportunity to specify a different delivery address to billing address in the checkout section of the website.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers will make 2 delivery attempts before the parcel is returned to the depot where it will be held for a maximum of 3 days. After this the parcel will be returned to the Stourbridge Automotive Ltd. Refunds made for non-delivered items will be made in full.

“Leave Safe” Instructions

Occasionally customers request their parcel be left in a safe place, without signature.

Customers do so entirely at their own risk. Stourbridge Automotive Ltd, Autoglym and their couriers take no responsibility for these items. Should these items go missing, or be discovered to be damaged there is no recourse to Stourbridge Automotive Ltd and or Autoglym for compensation of any kind. We therefore strongly recommend customers request parcels be delivered to addresses where a signatory will be available.

Working days are considered to be Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Stourbridge Automotive Ltd/Autoglym reserve the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the “Country / Delivery Region” information provided to be inaccurate and chosen, whether inadvertently or not, such that the order appears to qualify for a delivery rate that is not applicable to the delivery address.

Stourbridge Automotive Ltd do not deliver to PO Boxes or without prior agreement and reserve the right to cancel any such orders and return any monies paid.

Unfortunately Stourbridge Automotive Ltd is not able to deliver to BFPO addresses.

Delivery of goods shall be made to the address provided by the Customer and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Goods left on request by means of special instructions are the responsibility of the Customer and Stourbridge Automotive Ltd will not be held liable for missing or stolen items. Please note that generally Courier firms will not accept “leave safe” instructions.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Stourbridge Automotive Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Failure by the Customer to pay for any instalment or delivery charge when due shall entitle Stourbridge Automotive Ltd to withhold further deliveries and the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by Stourbridge Automotive Ltd/ Autoglym relating to such Goods which Stourbridge Automotive Ltd is then entitled to withhold.

Stourbridge Automotive Ltd only deliver goods to the United Kingdom  – England, Scotland & Wales

Important information regarding your deliveries

We do not partially ship any order. All orders are dispatched once all items are available and in stock

All orders received by 2:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are shipped the same day, subject to available stock.

Delivery charges are based upon product weights including any packaging, and destination. These charges can be selected and viewed at any time within the Shopping Cart page.

Delivery – Standard Delivery orders will typically arrive within 5 working days. We also offer an Express Delivery service for orders requiring urgent postage, please contact us directly so that we may assist your with your order more promptly.
