“This was my first time using Stourbridge Automotive. I had got other quotes and I was told I would need front and back discs and pads replacing by all other garages. Stourbridge Automotive quoted me front and back discs and pads but said they would take a look first and then confirm if both needed doing. They were the only garage who said I definitely needed front ones but only pads on the back. I also knew this, because a retired family mechanic had told me so. Sneaky I know, but that shows honesty and because times are hard right now, any savings are welcomed and I appreciate Stourbridge Automotive for not charging me for something that wasn’t needed at this time. Honesty is always the best policy and they nailed it. I will definitely return in the future.”

“I have never used an independent service agent before as I have always used main dealers so it was a huge deal for me to book Stourbridge Automotive.
I did my online research to check out the work carried out and the customer reviews. I then visited the garage and spoke to a lady who explained all about the serviced that was required and also provided me with a quote.

I returned home and booked the service the next day. Today I dropped the car off at 8:30am and at 3pm I received a call to say that the work had been completed.

When I picked the car up there was a full and extensive report on the work carried out along with a full report on how things are wearing on the car. My car is just over 12 months old and this was its first service.

I was so impressed by Stourbridge Automotive and I will be back for the next service. The main dealers could learn a lot from this garage and how they treat their customers properly without charging them a king’s ransom.”

Well, I simply can’t fault Stourbridge Automotive. Great service, friendly and honest advice and my BMW is now running better than ever.I have had, N42 Cam chain replaced, intermediate levers renewed, exhaust leak repaired, Vacuum pump replaced and a major service done and the car is like new! Thank you once again for the excellent service you have provided. Lots of garages (including main dealers) talk about customer-focused service but my experience is that the reality never matches the marketing. Your firm is different. You have identified and solved problems that others have failed on (including BMW and Mercedes dealers and a so-called ‘specialist’ independent), and the friendly, efficient way you do things makes the process much more pleasant. Your prices are also more than reasonable- especially because you only recommend work that needs doing.
