Zero Tolerance Policy

We aim to always treat all our customers and visitors courteously, at all times. Therefore, we expect our staff to be treated in a similar respectful way.

To ensure this is fully observed, we now have a Zero Tolerance Policy in place, whereby aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff or visitors will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

If a customer or visitor is violent or abusive, they will be asked to stop. If they persist, we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately from our premises.

Following the situation, the person will be sent a letter stating that this behaviour is not acceptable, which again may result in the removal of their details from our Stourbridge Automotive Ltd database or the refusal of any future work.

Incidents of threatening, abusive or violent behaviour may be reported to the local police service and there will be no appeal process.

We hope that you will understand and welcome this Zero Tolerance Policy, which is in place for the best interests of our hard-working staff as well as, all customers and visitors who visit our premises.

Finally, we welcome well behaved dogs on leads to our reception area, but unfortunately not in our waiting room. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
