Last week we had the pleasure of having a work experience student from Redhill School with us, working alongside our technicians in the workshop.
For many years we have participated in offering opportunities for students from local schools to complete their work experience with us, a big reason for this is to help the younger generations get a hands on understanding of the automotive industry, to better aid them with their career decisions. By gaining an opportunity to be in a workshop environment to see if that is where they can picture themselves once they have finished their time in school education.
As with any industry, we need a constant flow of young people learning the skills and industry to keep innovation and growth at the forefront, which is something we are passionate about here at Stourbridge Automotive Ltd.
