Originally established in 2010 by Company Director Neil Fellows, a fully trained and qualified BMW and Mercedes Benz technician, who felt he could offer a more personal approach, with better customer service and more competitive prices being the main focus of the business and as an alternative to the main dealerships.
Reducing Vehicle Maintenance Costs
Using us as an independent specialist, will allow you to reduce the maintenance cost to your vehicle, whilst still benefiting from the work being carried to manufacturers’ service schedules by our qualified and experienced technicians.
We offer a comfortable first floor waiting room, providing complimentary refreshments, together with a viewing window overlooking the workshop and MOT areas, plus a free Wi – fi service is available to all of our customers to browse the internet whilst waiting. We also provide the use of a private office where you can carry on working if required (please check for availability when booking in your vehicle).
Stourbridge Automotive Ltd has developed as a business throughout the years, restructuring and introducing new ideas, to keep in line with our customer and business needs. The day to day business is headed by Service Manager – Rowland Thomas and Workshop Controller – Andy Thomas, who oversee the workshop. This allows Directors, Neil Fellows and Kay Fellows time to focus on securing a business for the future.
