Originally established in 2010 by Company Director Neil Fellows, a fully trained and qualified BMW and Mercedes Benz technician, felt he could offer a more personal approach, with a better customer service and more competitive prices being the main focus of the business and as an alternative to the dealerships.
Using Stourbridge Automotive Ltd as an independent alternative, will allow you to reduce your vehicle maintenance costs whilst still benefiting from the work being carried out to the manufacturers’ service schedules by our qualified and experienced technicians, from new and NOT affecting your warranty through the BLOCK EXEMPTION RULE.
We offer a comfortable first floor waiting room, providing complimentary refreshments, together with a viewing window overlooking the workshop and MOT areas, plus a free Wi – fi service is available to all of our customers to browse the internet or work whilst waiting.
