As you may be aware Stourbridge Automotive Ltd office & workshop was forced to close on Wednesday 25th March 2020 due to the current health crisis and our diminishing parts supply.
We were hoping to open our doors again this Monday (20th April 2020), however with the extended lockdown announced by the Government on Thursday 16th April for another 3 weeks, we have had to make the difficult decision to keep our office and workshop closed until further notice.
We will keep you updated if this date is amended via our website, social media, and our newsletter bulletins, or you can email us on email@example.com
Please see below for recently released Government advice regarding MOT’s
From 30 March 2020, MOT due dates for cars, motorcycles and light vans has been extended by 6 months. This has been done to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
You do not need to do anything to extend your vehicle’s MOT expiry date if it’s on or after 30 March 2020. However, you must keep your vehicle safe to drive.
Your vehicle will automatically be given a 6-month MOT exemption. This extends your current MOT expiry date by 6 months. For example: if your MOT expired 31st March 2020 it will now be valid until 30th September 2020 under the new Government guidelines.

We apologies for any inconvenience caused during this difficult time and we thank you for your understanding.
