With a second lockdown well underway, Stourbridge Automotive Ltd would like to let customers know across Stourbridge and the West Midlands, that our automotive service and repair business plans to stay open as usual during the further restriction period from 5th November – 2 December 2020.
Above all, this will depend on the demand from our customers for MOT Testing, Vehicle Servicing and Vehicle Repair work and furthermore, that our suppliers remain fully operational. In addition, our diagnostic capabilities will also continue to operate, though this may have some limitations if parts supply becomes compromised in any way.
During this second lockdown MOT Testing Services have had no Government extension, this time. This means, that is important that your vehicle MOT Test is carried out before its current expiry date. Stourbridge Automotive Ltd sends text message reminders to our customers when their vehicles MOT Test is due, to be sure they do not expire. However, you can also check the MOT Test expiry date for your vehicle by visiting the .gov website – https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-status
Keeping customers and staff safe throughout lockdown
During this time, we are constantly working closely with our Health & Safety provider to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Please be assured that on visiting our workshop premises, our PPE is in place and that customers and staff are obliged to follow guidelines. Unfortunately, our customer waiting room is currently closed due to these lockdown restrictions, so please bear this in mind if you are booking in for any servicing, repair or a MOT Test to your Audi, BMW, MINI, Mercedes, Jaguar, Land Rover & Range Rover.
